Can users/groups be created during install?

Is there a means via InstallAware to create users and groups?

I am installing a web service that needs to run under a particular user/group.

Not built-in, but a plug-in for it might appear

You could do this in a .bat file which you generate based on user input and execute during the setup.

Look for the commands that you need using these cmd's:
net help
net user /?
net help user
net localgroup /?
net help localgroup

Great suggestion - please also note that it might be nicer if you call the "net.exe" program directly, instead of invoking from a batch file.
