I am using InstallAware Studio Admin 9.03 via command line (miabuild.exe) to build my installers. Although I use the /R switch to auto-generate a new revision code with each build, this function does not appear to be working (when I install Build 0001, then install Build 0002, the later build brings me to a Repair Install).
This used to work fine in InstallAware 7. Did the command line parameters change? Is this a known bug in InstallAware 9.03?
For now, I'll manually set a new revision code via the InstallAware IDE before each build, but I'd like to get back to my scripted builds soon. Any help would be great.

Hi, Mike!
Have you try this parameter in lowercase (/r instead of /R)??
I would advise to upgrade to version 9.06. But i can sure you this functionality is fine. We used all version from 9.0 till 9.06 and our automation build worked with /r parameter. Q&A team did not even mentioned about upgrade problem.
Best regards!
