Converting from InstallShield/Wise Installation Studio

Hello, I know that the answer to this is going to be fairly subjective, but I would appreciate opinions regarding what the learning curve for learning InstallAware would be for someone who is very experienced using InstallShield and the Wise Installation Studio?

Thanks!

Tim
