Bug on Run Programs

I think I found a bug in IA 9 (Build Moya.sp1.070409).
When adding a script line for "Run Program ...." this also apears in design-view under "Run Programs" - so far so good.
But when commenting out the script line (as Comment: Run Program ....) the line is stil listet in the design view under "Run Programs". This should not be and is misleading!

Can you log this as a bug in our support system and I'll make sure it gets investigated
