Purchased version 9 studio upgrade a few days ago. Trying to upgrade to version 9, but I am getting "Unable to uninstall old version of Installaware 9. Please uninstall it yourself...
Fatal error during installation."
I have tried Revo uninstaller pro and ccleaner to remove 3 previous version's Installaware files and registry entries but stll get this error. So currently I am stuck and unable to upgrade.

Still trying to upgrade to version 9 on a Windows XP machine, but I am getting "Unable to uninstall old version of Installaware 9. Please uninstall it yourself before attempting to install this product. The installation source for this product is not available. Verfiy that the source exists and that you can access it"
Obviously I need help with this. This nothing I can see anywhere on the system that would indicate that version 9 was previously installed. I have paid for the upgrade but I am completely unable to use either version 8 or version 9 and I have received no help either in the forum or from [email protected]. I have tried both downloads with the same results.
I have been a loyal customer since version 6 but I admit I am getting somewhat frustrated!
