Install .msi (prerequisite) based on selection

I've got a setup that includes two features: Client and Server. If the user elects to install the Server feature, I need to check for and possibly install sqlncli.msi. If the user only chooses to install the Client feature, the sqlncli.msi is not needed.

How can I install sqlncli.msi after the user has made his/her feature selections instead of during the prerequisite phase?
