We are using IA 9.06 (Not IA 9R2). When we all installed 9.06 a while back, we saved the .7zip files for the runtimes we were using at the time. Due to some changes in our product, we now need to include a few more runtimes than we used to. Last week many of us updated our IA 9.06 installations to include these additional runtimes. Unfortunately, there is no check box to save the 7zip files locally when you're adding features. That setting only seems to be there when doing a clean install of IA.
Today a developer here attempted to update his installation of IA 9.06 to add these additional runtimes, but when the installer tries to install them, he gets, "Extraction of the installation data downloaded from the web has failed. What would you like to do?"
I see that v9.08 was released this week, but I thought that was for IA 9 R2. Have the v9.06 runtime files been removed from the IA servers? Is there any way that we can get these runtime .7zip packages to store locally? We would have saved them during installation, but the option wasn't there when running the installation in maintenance mode to add features.
Thanks!
Are the v9.06 runtimes no longer available?

For future reference, you should always backup all files. So if you are installing a web build, install all features.
The v9 RTM files are no longer available. However, your upgrade to v9 R2 is free. So just upgrade, plus you get .NET 4 support.

Thanks, Michael. I didn't realize the R2 upgrade was free. All of the emails I received from Jeremy Garrett talk about saving 55% on the upgrade to R2, but as I read more closely I see it says that discount is for an "edition upgrade" to studio admin.
