salvationshield.dll was not found

After uninstalling IA 8 and installing IA 9 Studio, I run the license application.
Then when I try to run IA I get the error message "This application has failed to start because SalvationShield.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
So I re-install and it fixes the proble, but then I have to run the license application again, and the problem comes back.
Any ideas?

You used an old license from before...
When you generate a new license, it will fix the problem.

But I have not generated any license. I recieved a new license executable for version 9 from IA and ran it, and that's what I get.
Can you please shed more light on this because I need to use IA urgently.

1. Install latest trial for v9 R2 (not v9)
2. Follow steps in your original activation email to regenerate your license for v9 R2 (not v9)
3. Install license
