Installaware r2/sp3 doesn't minimize to taskbar

I was using it on monitor 2/ extended desktop . From then on minimize doesn't work on Vista x64.
Click on minimize button, nothing happens, same with clicking on it in the taskbar.

Closed IA9 R2, restarted, minimize problem went away.

Built install run get 'Access violation at address 73c49f5b in module "Richedit20.dll". Read of address 0000005F.
Anything familiar?

May have been an artifact of the update from SP1 to SP3 of R2: I went to the license form, opened it in the designer, saved it again (it has the richedit control), and rebuilt and made the problem go away.
