I have a project that i have converted to a .msi it all installs correctly 100% and works as it would. However when attempting to uninstall using add/remove or windows 7 uninstall a popup looking for the the location of the original setup sources" can not be found and even when i point to the .msi it fails. if i cancle it i get an error runtime error in setup script and i get "orginal setup sources required to complete operation, sources not
found"
This package is 90% x32 however i do have one area that says if it detects it's a x64 copy two files to the wow64 and register them. I'm new to programing and install scripts so i'm sure i'm missing a command or put something in the wrong mode.

What kind of Release did you use?
CD/DVD, Web Media or Uncompressed?
Are there some Web Media Blocks in the Script?

Re: InstallAware 10 project as msi add/remove error
This is commonly caused by your build settings (under the Deployment folder in the Design view).
The "Always Cache Setup Source" option controls this behavior.
Square-filled box - default settings, only Web-based EXE caches sources.
Checked box - all build types cache sources.
Blank box - no build types cache sources.
By ensuring this is checked off or using a web based build, you should no longer experience this behavior.
