Install not working (how ironic)

Hi,

I tried installing InstallAware 10 which uninstalled my v.9 install. Now I want to revert back to 9. I have uninstalled 10 and when I try to install 9 the program will not install. I get the attached message which may or may not be related.

I am currently trying to release my software and am delayed because of this issue.

Just wanted to add that the v.10 install reverted to version 9 automatically (wtf) but produced installers in vietnamese. ...so I am trying to revert back to version 9 to get around the bug.

You are receiving the extraction error, because we are no longer hosting pre-IA 10 sources. You would not need to download the web media blocks if, when you initially installed, you chose to back up the downloaded content.
