COPYWEBLOCK dont copy files

We are using InstallAware 9 R2 (Build Moya.sp3.070910) and have problem with COPYWEBLOCK. We use COPYWEBLOCK to get a copy of the latest install to specified folder.

I have two setups, SetupV1 and SetupV2.

When I install SetupV1 everything is fine and a copy of setup.exe and .7zip files are made. When I use SetupV2 to upgrade SetupV1 an uninstall of SetupV1 is done and SetupV2 installs as it should.

But a copy of new setup.exe and 7zip files are not made if SetupV1 was executed from a CD-ROM (also a web setup with 7zip files), if SetupV1 is not executed from a CD-ROM SetupV2 copy new setup.exe and 7zip files.

COPYWEBLOCK allways point to the same path so files need to be overwritten.

1) Start new installation from CD-ROM
2) Checked that copies of setup.exe and 7zip files are copied to COPYWEBLOCK path.
3) Start upgrade installation from the web
4) No new files copied to COPYWEBLOCK path (old setup.exe and 7zip files untuched).

After point (4) above there ought to be the new files instead in the path specified
by COPYWEBCLOCK.

Any thoughts on this?

How are the files being copied?

Also, how are they being stored/referenced? Are the files/zips being treated as support files?

Would you be able to submit a sample project that exhibits this?
