VS2010 vc++ 10.0 and ATL runtimes

Are Visual Studio 2010 runtime packages available yet for C++ and ATL?

Or is my only option using merge modules?

These are available with InstallAware 10 already. Unfortunately we don't have the bandwidth to support old versions, especially because newer runtime installs tend to take advantage of latest MSIcode language enhancements.
