Error during installation

we recieve on one client a strange error message which we cannot figure out.

This looks like a license. Are you sure you have to proper license installed on a proper version of InstallAware?

Hi Giaviv,

yes I'm sure. It's the same installer file which works for every other client. We have experienced only one computer where the error shows up so far.

We've also tried copying the installer again on the customers computer to exclude a defective installer file.

Dear Markus,

Than that indicates that something is wrong with the target machine. Have you been able to reproduce this elsewhere?
