How to Install Batch File with IA setup

Hi,
I want to run a batch file having multiple dos command to run while IA setup is in progress i want to run this batch file silently

i tried Run Program option in design , Add my batch file ,select After install from run timing, check Hide Program window and Wait for program to finish
everything works fine,but untill all the commands of batch file gets run ,the progress bar and progress lable of IA Setup didnt show any working ?
is there any option , the command that's run silently will be seeing on progress label so it pretends that some thing is working

Hi,

The progress bar displayed takes its value from the variabe PROGRESS. This variable is not affected by any external programs running (including batch files).
