I was wondering if there is a quick and easy way to override where the update script looks for the updates.ini file.
I'd like to do some testing of updates without putting them up where my eager users could download them before I've finished my QA. While the chances of someone checking just when I've got an update to test is small, I have some enthusiastic users...
Is there a command line switch to have the update engine look at another URL?
Thanks,
Andy

Re: Override Update Location
I am afraid that's not possible, unless you customize your installer to read this value from the registry or to receive it as a command line parameter.

Re: Override Update Location
Ok. Would be a good feature for the next version.
Thanks for checking.
