Update Registry Value?

Hello,
With IA11 I install a service .
After service is installed I need to change the Entry
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MyService
Value "Type"
If I try with;
Write Registry to overwrite only the "Type" , all other entries a lost.
How can I update or change only a specific value?

Hi,

Your best option would be to delete the value altogether and then re-write it with the correct updated values.
