Hi,
I am using Installaware 7 to create a setup. I have set the minimal operating system to windows 2000. When I install on an XP machine the setup reports that it minimally needs Windows Vista.
I prefer to have no check at all, but then the minimum required operating system is set to Vista, as I don't want that I have set it to Windows 2000.
Does somebody know the answer?

This problem does not reproduce with IA 2012 (the newest version).
I either recommend working around your issue or upgrading to the newest version.
