InstallAware 2005 is now available!

This major update incorporates many suggestions and feature requests from our users. Major new features are:

o Setup Repackaging
o One-Click Differential Patching
o SQL Server Support (Oracle, My SQL, MS SQL)
o IIS Website and Virtual Directory Support
o ACL and Share Support
o Improved Visual UI and Code Generation

Does the Express Edition 2005 allow to change dialog and splash pictures considering that the Dialog Editor is not included?

No, it does not. You do get 12 themes to choose from though.
