set variable in Express version

I have just purchased and installed the Express version of Installaware. I need to be able to set my targetdir to a new folder off of C root such as C:\project. From the documentation it looks like I need to use the set variable command but I do not have that option in express as far as I can tell. Is there a way for me to set my target another way.

Hi John,

I am afraid you cannot edit variables with the Express edition.
