COPYWEBLOCK ... archive only?

Does the setup engine look for needed web media blocks in the $COPYWEBLOCK$ path? Or is this only a place where it downloads a copy to?

Dear Troy,

The COPYWEBLOCK it is used to keep track of where downloaded web media blocks are stored. Of course if the installer script needs file that belong to a web media block, it will check for that path.
