Rules for reassembling variables

Hi, what are the quote rules for reassembling the variables. I thought it was just space but it looks like it is space+comma plus if there is a quote inside the value. Is there anything else?

No, nothing else is required.

For example if you have a value as:
> Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet", consectetur adipiscing elit.

when passed to IA it must be;
> "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet"", consectetur adipiscing elit."
