EXECUTING AN EXE DURING INSTALLATION
I want to protect a software built with Installaware.For that matter I need to incorporate an exe file in my installer and that exe has to be executed when the installer is ran on the end-users' pc .I have no clue as to how to accomplish this.Please help.

This thread http://www.installaware.com/forum/viewt ... f=2&t=4315 might help you. It's a tad convuluted in places but the essential ingredient is the FileBag. It lets you add files (like exes for examples) to a project but the files are not installed on your machine and survive only as long as your project takes to install/uninstall. You can then use the Run Command to execute the exes anywhere in your script.
