Invoke another installer

Is it possible to setup the features where it runs another installs like and an antivirus programs or running the adobe installer?

Dear Cal,

Simply run the installation of any other package where you prefer in your script.
This can be done using the "Run Program" or "Install/Remove MSI Package" command.
