Hi,
I would like to transfer the Studio Admin license to new machine, so I'm attempting to run the installer that we origionally downloaded and run it, however I'm getting the attached error. Should I be doing something different?
thank you,
Cal

Re: Install on new machine
Dear User,
you found this problem because when you downloaded the product at that time, you only downloaded the web installer of your IA version.
This package contains only the core of the installation but not all the runtimes and features with it (unless you don't keep a copy of the downloaded components as the web installer option permits).
The problem in your installation it is caused because currently, the IntallAware version available from our servers, differs from the one you are trying to install.
Please note that due to technical reasons we are unable to keep old version trial installers or personal licenses setup files. This is why our license delivery emails indicate:
IMPORTANT! Always backup your trial version installer, as well as your activation file, in a safe location. InstallAware does not keep old version trial downloads or activation files; therefore once your Customer Account expires, you will not be able to re-install your product unless you have previously made backups.
On the support forum other users, have created some topics to handle these cases, giving the possibility to get some past versions of Installaware.

Hope this helps you.
