Compiled install file crashing on open

I have created an install file that will work on almost every machine I test it on.
However...
We have one machine (Win7 + SP1) where the opening "InstallAware Wizard" progress bar screen crashes after only being open for a few seconds. It doesnt get anywhere close to executing code or unpacking files.

Can someone give me some idea of what is going on during this first progress bar so I can try to troubleshoot the problem with this one machine?

Dear User,

If the setup package is a single exe, the process decompresses and stores the installation files to the temporary local folder, otherwise with a un-compressed installer, only stores those files to the temporary local folder.

In order to verify that your issue is not caused by the main script execution, have you tried with displaying a dummy MessageBox at the very beginning of your main script?

I have put a message box into the first line of the code as you suggested and it does NOT fire. (great suggestion tho)

This is the first dialog box to open. You can see in the attached image that the installaware wizard has just barely started to load and it crashes.

I've shut down everything i can find, I had some notion that perhaps its unpacking a 32 bit program on a 64 bit machine, but i pulled that out and it still crashes.

Any clue what else could be going on?

Dear Tia,

Do you have any additional details to share about these target OSes?
Such as; System settings, any particular application Installed, antivirus and so on ... or any other possible difference that may exist with those systems where the package installs correctly.
