Cancel Setup in non modal

Hi, I noticed today, that if the cancel button is pressed while downloading updates (using the standard update module dialog "update_download") the original install is removed, this is not ideal at all. Is there a way to override or get access to the cancel setup function. I noticed when modal is enabled in the script a terminate install is called. I having a feeling an apply uninstall is called automatically.

I can assure you that an apply uninstall is never called if the download process is aborted by the user ... could you imagine the numbers of post about the argument that we should receive In that case?

I believe there is something else ... probably wrong on your side.
