UPDATE URL

hi,
I need to be able to change the update url
in the client pc after the installation

i tried to change the update sctipt for example

Set Persistent Variable MY_UPDATE_SERVER to
Read Registry Key HKLM\\SOFTWARE\\XXX\\YYY\\\\UPDATE_SERVER into MY_UPDATE_SERVER
Download File $MY_UPDATE_SERVER$ into $SUPPORTDIR$\\updates.ini (get result into variable UPDATE_GET_INI)

and it doesnt work

any suggestion?

Why it didn't work? What was the error?

the problem was maybe because
i was changing the update script and buid a patch
and the changes did not effect the scheduler

when i create new installation project
it works just fine
