File Associations

Design/Setup Architecture/File Associations.
I add my extension to the table and set up the association. Then I build the project and run my setup. After the setup has completed the association does not work! In the Registry I found an entry with my extension but it seemed empty - no executible is assigned. Help please.

did you assign an open verb?
as in :
