Problems with Retry on Media Blocks

Hi folks - I've got the latest and greatest version of Installaware installed, and I'm having issues on some of my machines with the .Net 4.0 Web Media Blocks. I continually get a Retry/Resume window popping up and they aren't able to download the Web Media Block - they never get to being able to download it. Now, I'm not having this issue on all my machines, I have it constantly on a few, intermittently on others, and never on the rest.

It's popping up often enough to be an issue - I've read the forum and see that there are some issues with NOD32 and then timeout for IA, are there any workarounds / fixes for this issue?

Are you indeed running NOD32 on those machines?

Yes, I am - on all of the machines, the ones with issues and the ones without.

Are you able to add a NOD32 exception for your installer?
