Why not work with "Build in custom folder" if you have the same folder level as saying "Build in project forlder"?
When setup is finished building the WebDeploy, leave the file .exe in Release\Web and next leaves a folder "data\microsoft_net_framework_4_x64". I think the problem comes from this folder because it has many sub-levels of folders. Why leave this folder? I have other frameworks and I have not listed here.
