Problem with windows profile

I have an installation project which in 10% of the machines to install, windows lost their profile. Is it possible for a bad configuration in the installer?,Do you have any similar case reported?

For what I understand from your message, I am not personally informed of similar problems.

When you say

windows lost their profile

, what do you exactly mean?

Note that InstallAware generates installations processes essentially transparent for the OS and this usually, does not cause degeneration of the system, unless those have been erroneously or intentionally introduced.
