Has been happening since IA 10, Dialog shows up white

Hello,

Why would this be happening!?!

When you proceed with installation, occasionally a screen shows up white (all objects are not displayed.)
When I click previous to go back to the Choose Folder Dialog I see the following (attached).
If I drag the window off and off the screen it refreshes.

This has been happening since IA 10. Why? (even the cancel button disappears)

honestly, I don't know.

If you can send a very minimal project (... including just the dialogs you used), I will try to verify it.

I've sent you an email with a project, the dialogs.

I have tried turning Glass off, I've tried removing that background image and it still happens.

I've seen this (as well as customers) on Windows 7/ Windows 8...

To fix the issue as it occurs you literally drag the installer off/ then back onto the screen.

So this is happening when Windows is using visual themes/ styling. If I turn off AERO themes etc. it will not have this refresh issue.

Dear Ckaware,

as I already told you by email, the problem is caused by one of your dialogs.

If you replace that dialog ("clicustom"), with any other dialog, your package works fine.
I suspect exist something with that particular dialog resource causing the issue (... probably the dialog resource file is corrupted).

Dear User,

as I said with my previous reply, the issue reported by Ckaware seems to be caused by a dialog resource used by his project ( ... maybe corrupted).

If you believe that this doen't apply in your case, please provide a very minimal sample project that replicates the issue and I'll verify it.
