When I use a relative path for the Custom Build Folder, The File Bag Plug-In complains that it cannot find the .NET runtime, even when the Web Media Blocks are set to not build. It is not a problem when the file path is absolute.

Feature request then. It would be good to be able to check-in IA setups and use them in different environments.
