remote registry error on install windows 10

I have had this issue for the last version version, I go to install and I get the typical RemoteRegistry error from Windows that the service cannot be started. Either we can turn on Remote Registry and continue. But users often contact us as they do not know how to handle this simple error.

I do have Write Registry commands in my code, but no Read Registry commands. Also, we get this error when installing locally, not remotely.

Is there something I can do when I build that could bypass this check?
