Create a new dialog using the 'Start Dialog Editor' and save it in your project.
Now, use that dialog in your installer. When you build the installer, you will get the error shown in the attached screenshot.

This topic applies to InstallAware Multi Platform as well.
Please use the Project Manager to add the dialog to your project explicitly (it is not sufficient to save it in your project folder, if you haven't done this already - and adding it to your project will automatically copy it to your project folder anyways).
