Windows Signing Problem

I'm signing my Windows installer using InstallAware Multi-Platform.

This is the uncompressed file where the signing works:

However, the compressed file is not being signed:

Again, you've got a weird kind of inconsistency that we're unable to reproduce internally.

I find myself at the end of my rope here, sorry but I don't think I'll be able to help you any more.
