Trouble uninstalling InstallAware 5

I am trying to uninstall my InstallAware version 5 before installing the new version 6.

The uninstall hangs right after clicking on Next from the screen that gives the install/repair/uninstall choices.

I let it sit like that overnight hoping it was just going really slow, but it was still hung this morning.

What do you think is going on? How else can I uninstall version 5 if it keeps hanging?

Nope! Goes past that and actually opens the screens for uninstall, then freezes completely.

I really want to get this uninstalled and get version 6 running. Had quite a few wierd problems with 5.

Did you try running the original setup file for v5, and choosing uninstall from there?

If all fails, just run msizap to clean up the registry, and then install v6.
