InstallAware X16 Product Will Not Install

Gentlemen:

My new InstallAware X16 Studio product will not install onto my PC. It gives the error shown in the attachment.

This is not a good beginning to my ownership experience.

I chose to install all features for the Studio edition. I chose to install to C:\Program Files\InstallAware\ directory.

Can someone from InstallAware give me some help to install their product?

Can you confirm which anti virus software you have installed on your device?

Sure, John.

I'm using Microsoft Defender. There is no other anti-virus or anti-malware on the machine.

We fully support Windows Defender scenarios.
It would be great to see a video of the problem in action.
