Msix licensing issue

We have a license for install aware admin which shows the Msix builder is included.
I took a project and created an Msix not signed as it kept failing with that step.
Next signed it using the sign tool.exe all good
Next used msixmgr.exe to create a vhdx to use in the app attach process for azure. All ok
Created the app attach and all ok.
When I fired the VM up I got a message box pop up.

When opening the product for the first time on a fresh machine, you get prompted with:
This installation was created with the install aware APPX tool. The licensed tool does not display this notice
When I hit ok I am sent to install aware website to show purchasing products page.
I close it and can run my product

Help required re message as we use a licensed product studio admin
